Too often we can auto pilot our way through the day not even noticing or considering all the good we do in big and small ways – please remember they ALL count!Β
It’s not about ego, going ‘wow, look at me and how great I am’. It’s just quiet recognition to help you to encourage and believe in yourself. You’re ok and doing well. Β It’s also to gently remind yourself where you may be able to make some improvements. ππ
